The information contained on our websites and product pages may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, for which we accept no liability. This does not affect your statutory rights and remedies.
Purest Aloe will make all reasonable effort to adhere to the delivery times set.
Terms and Conditions relating to your purchase, including our prices on our website and contact details, cannot be varied or altered except where in writing and signed by a Director /Agent /Employee of Care Products IRELAND.

The safety and security of your credit card is a priority of Purest Aloe. We use the latest technology to protect your information and do not disclose your information to any outside organisation. Any losses incurred by the transmission of personal information over the internet or by email shall be borne exclusively by you.
Credit Card Payment
Charges to your credit card will be shown as PurestAloe.
Purest Aloe intends to provide you with a safe and secure shopping environment. We use DataCash Payments to provide safe and secure card processing requirements.
Communication & Marketing
Purest Aloe may communicate our latest products and special offers from time to time. If you wish to opt-out of receiving marketing material please email us back with the word STOP.
Out of Stock Items
All products sold are subject to availability. From time to time items may not be in stock and will be back-ordered. If a product is unavailable we will inform you by email of its anticipated dispatch date. You can choose to go ahead with the order without the item in question or an alternative product. If you choose to proceed without the product in question, you will be refunded the cost of that product.
If you are not happy with the product you have ordered, then please return it to us and we will refund you fully. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of return postage on non-faulty products.
We do not accept returned products that have been opened or tampered with.
Purest Aloe takes care to ensure that your products arrive in good condition. However, if the product gets damaged during transit, customers should contact us within 3 days of receiving same.
If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us.
If your purchase from Purest Aloe is damaged, faulty, or you are unhappy with the order. Please contact us and we will arrange a full refund for valid claims, via the same method of payment used to place the order.
You can cancel your order by emailing us any time up to 7 days after receiving your delivery. The cost of returning the order will be incurred by you and the products shall be in the same condition it was sent (unused, unopened and without being tampered with in any way). We will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. All returned goods should be accompanied with your personal details and invoice number.
Purest Aloe reserves the right to change prices to take into account forces beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations, etc).
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by us, our employees or our agents in circumstances where:
- there is no breach of duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents;
- such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach;
- any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these terms and conditions; or
- such loss or damage relates to any business or non-consumer loss or damage including, without limitation lost data, lost profits and business interruptions.
Care should be taken when treating children, during pregnancy or for any ongoing disease or illness and we recommend that you seek the advice of a qualified health professional.
